Hi
I've done minimal flying today. I've had a bit of a bad day.
I went for lunch in a pub with my 2 sister's and LO. We got there at 1pm and ordered our food, after we ordered they told us it would be 40mins for our food. That was bad enough, we waited and we waited and we waited. At 1.50 my sister compained about the wait and said she had to be back in work in 10mins. The guy went off to check and didn't come back.5 mins later my 2 sister's meals came but not mine and LO's who was starving by this time. At 2.10 i complained that only half our table had had food and i wanted my money back, he said i'll go and see where it is and i said i don't want it now. So he gave me my money back and half of my sister's bills, but LO and i still hadn't eaten. I had to get him a sausage roll from Somerfield to eat in the car.
Then it gets worse.
Then about 4ish Ds2 who is 2 was playing in the living room when he came over to me crying and limping. I picked him up and looked at his foot, his sock was sliced open and his heel was pouring with blood. He's obsessed with Dr Who and has some magnets that he loves playing with. I gave him my message board thingy which has a magnetic side so he could stick them to it. He'd taken the plastic edging off and stood on the edge of this magnetic board which was now really sharp. He sliced his heel about 3 inches across:eek:
So we had to take a trip to casualty to get it glued back together:rolleyes: . He can hardly walk on it and is not at all happy that his board is in the bin.

As I'm now old and have breast fed two children for months, if I don't have a fully cantilevered, underwired, double strength strapping around my chest I have a second pair of rather interesting looking bulbous kneecaps - talk about everything heading south once you reach a certain age!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:prettypennies wrote: »All you busty babes are making me feel rather inadequate. After breastfeeding the twins mine never returned. A piece of dental floss and a couple of teabags would be more than adequate to cover my bristols:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Fact 1.. it has nothing to do with breastfeeding.. it is all damage done during pregnancy when the ligaments loosen and the ones which hold the breasts in place stretch. by the time you have stopped breastfeeding 3 years your bazoobers are as they now are.. some are smaller, some are larger *ahem* but it is the pregnancy that makes them a bit saggy.. which is why those ladies who have never breastfed have saggy hooters too.. they just don't have an excuse to stay quiet when they are mentioned!!
Fact 2.. A lot of general floppiness is down to hereditary factors. In my family (bar 1 sister) everyone (including my dad) have large t.i.t.s which stay pretty much put without scaffolding. The same as stretch marks and a tendancy towards being large.
I have breastfed 7 children over 12 years including a substantial period of time tandem feeding DD's 3 and 4.. mine are bigger now than they have EVER been (apart from when pregnant/bfing)
