jjef I live just outside carnock on the way into Dunfermline and Dollar is a lovley place, how did you manage to get a house there. They never move out!! I went to Dollar Academy I love that village, it is so beautiful. I especially love the burn that runs through the middle.

Have recovered from my panic moment when Nickis DDs school rang me... all i could think was "eek why are they ringing when shes meant to be on a bus on the way to a day trip - OMG whats happened?!"

You paniced? What did you think I did!:eek::eek: :rotfl: Damn schools around here have no idea

Right, my ebay parcel has been posted (took me ages to wrap it up as I had to make the box  ), and I found out what the funky smell was under the stairs - I thought it was DDs shoes, but as I was stuffing the box around the ice-cream maker with carrierbags I found one that had mince in the folds that had gone off :o:eek: There must have been a hole in the bag of frozen mince I got delivered in my Asda shop and its leaked in the bag and I've not noticed and just put the mince in the freezer and the bag in with the other carriers :o That bags gone in the bin!

I guess I'll go and dig out the video recorder and put an episode of Buffy on while I do some ironing. ;) Shouldn't take me long once I get going....

SSL - didn't realise the strike would affect Scotland so badly, what a pain in the bum, there were quite big queue's round here this morning for the stations but I got sorted straight away at Tesco's, can you believe I've just paid 115.9p a litre - ouch!

Before the budget we were paying that for diesel. It's gone up to 122.9 a litre - over the past week it's gone up about three times, so it might even have gone up again! Just as well there was no more tax put on it eh? ;) Trouble is I've got nowhere to keep a horse and cart :rotfl:

The sun has finally come out and the washing is beginning to dry.

I've cut the front lawn, edged it and swept up and I've edged the back, I will get the mower back out when the washing is dry and brought in. It's easier that way!

Sorry for your bad week witchypoo, but hope you manage to get to the concert. *wonders what Bjork will be wearing*

Hugs witchypoo - hope you enjoy the concert. Just join us again as and when you have the energy. We'll keep pigpen off your back!!

Ok, new mantra - johanne's baby will come before Friday and her OH will be with her and everything will happen pefectly....come on everyone....get chanting.

I've put my wrist into perspective....my parent's neighbour (who's a client of mine) has started to lose her hair from chemotherapy. She's stayed so positive. I'm going to carry on giving her treatments regardless of if I can only use one hand as it really helps to relax her. What's a sore hand in comparison. So, if I start to wallow you all have permission to kick me.

HHC 145 to 215 anyone?? xx
