Ooh you have the food processor as me soappie. I got mine last month form Sainsburys for £10 and I'm chuffed with it :j .

Is that a pasta machine next to it? I got one a couple of christmases ago, but haven't managed to make anything edible with it yet!

Just popped on to check what I need to do. Soappie - I love your piccies. It's looking good.

Right, I've just got to the floors which I'm not doing until at least half of the children in the house have gone to football. I'll walk the dog with DD once all the boys are at football too. DD wants to help with the boxes from the attic so that can be done after we've walked the dog. DH has threatened to hide the bin bags because i'm chucking so much stuff out. I'm sure I'll find one once he goes to catch his plane.

Right, half and hour to swish and swipe and then it's time to take to football.

    xx

Looking good Soappie. I am just envious of anyone who has kitchen cupboards....

Pigpen - I like the Geoff Hamilton Gardeners World book - we got married at Barnsdale Gardens and it was lovely.

DS completely threw me by only having a short sleep, so not got much further today. Hopefully that will mean 7pm bedtime then, as he burned off loads of energy playing with my nephew.

I am so poopered for some reason, and very pelvis achey.

soappie excellent progress there with the decorating - no wonder it has took you a few days.

mudbath sorry about your thumb. Shame just when you thought you were getting better.

Right, off to stick a pan on - spag bol for DS tonight, just need to reheat some sauce and cook some pasta.

Tracy, NHS recomend no earlier than 1 year for a pillow, while BUPA say no earlier than 2 and SIDs say as late as possible. BUT, over in Switzerland, pillows are reccomended for all babies and are used in maternity hospitals! You can buy little soft and flat pillows for cots online or Ikea (or is that a naughty word?). If you are worried they may wriggle uder the pillow, put the pillow under the sheet.

Personally I only recomend pillows for Plagiocephaly (hence I know all that guff), or if they have a lot of colds, as children don't really need them. DS1 had a pillow at about 3, DS2 had one at 6 months (because of plagiocephaly).

    But there we go.

Vanilla, hope the ENT can help your OH. When it is sorted it should help him to feel a bit more human. Must be terrible for both of you missing out on a good nights sleep.

Mudabth Bet your gald you decided to go to the physio now! Hope you get it sorted out!

    Helloooooo all.

My first post for a long time. Things have been a bit mad round me (nothing changes there) and i have managed to read all thats been going on, but with no time to post.

So a quick catch up from me. Well my bf moved in after much umming and arrring about what he was doing. So much so that he annoyed me so much with future thoughts and we came to a mutual amicable agreement to split up. Hes still living with me, causing chaos in the house and its never clean or tidy . So the house isnt as good as i like it. He currently away so im going to have a L4 in each room this week and he will have to pull the finger out when hes back or im throwing him out.

My best friend is getting married on Sat and I'm chief bridesmaid. Weve had the hen weekend, so that is 1 stress down. Now all i have to do is help her get the last things in place.

    So now to everyone else:
Pigpen - hope the new fire looks good - dont forget you have an appointment tomorrow
Michelle - hope your taking care of yourself
Johanne - Was thinking of you on Fri.
Soappie - :T on the decorating
lil_me - hope the cw is going well
Nicki - sod the ex. be yourself
Mudbath - take it easty with the thumb
AnW's mum - wasnt about before to say it but was thinking of you

Thats the brain dump for the mo. There will be more.
But the next post is the list.

hi all. Soappie where did you get you kitchen from?
Mudbath sorry to hear about your thumb
Pigpen Good news and tiddles and no nappy
well my kitchen is looking a little better but still need to do more (isn't that always the case) but DH plans on playing with his xbox tonight (hasn't used in since we moved in last April so won't complain.)so may try and do loads more then. (in my dreams)

Keep spending too long planning my new kitchen - when DH finally gets plans etc for new kitchen and study *moj2 goes of into a daydream thinking what it will be like to be able to get more than 1 person in the kitchen.*
