Vodafone - minimum call charge

Just got the following text from vodafone "From the 2nd June this year, the minimum call charge on all Pay as you talk price plans will be 15p."
Does anyone know what the minimum charge was before it seems to be a bit expensive !!

It's 10p minimum call charge at the minute.

Yep, it's currently 10p and will rise to 15p. It's just the minimum call charge that is going up, all the other costs will remain the same.0
