Hi everyone
As mentioned if you're going to tell people you're a broker and offer help and suggestions please use the Mortgage broker signature.
Thanks!

I love poppy, but she dont like brokers. We go way back!
Thanks big brother!
I just read this;
Mortgage Advisers' signatures. If mortgage brokers want to add a signature about being a broker to their post it should be0 -
I think that the general acceptance on this board is that if you are going to act in the capacity of a broker, then you should display the signature. We have all complied with this since the decision to do this, so I do not understand why the sudden nit picking about the rules.
If you are not on here to help people in that capacity then you do not need to. As there is an option to show your signature with each post, its probably easier to have it and just deselect the signature for any posts outside this board.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser Code of Conduct. Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as financial advice.0 -

I'd agree with that.
I think it may have been me who started this off recently, as I have only just joined the forum this week and I noticed that I should have a signature but it wasn't displaying. Then when I managed to get it sorted I noticed somebody else who wasn't displaying it and just pointed it out to them with no malicious intent.
Sorry if I've caused any problemsI am a Mortgage Consultant and don't like to be told what I can and can't put in a signature so long as it's legal and truthful.0 -
Sorry Homer, I agree with the fact that brokers should show that they are brokers. I was just showing the link from the rules!0
