Tiscali review

Tiscali are a really bad company,they changed the amount I was been charged from £12.98 to £13.02 and the next month to£16.99.I spent ages on the phone on numerous occasions and when I eventually got the person to see what I actually meant and they agreed to refund the money,but again this month they have charged me wrong price.I am in touch with CISAS to intervene as its illegal to the best of my knowlege to just start chargeing more without giving the customer some notice.I have 3 years experience with Tiscali, they took 9 weeks to get me up and running when I was told I would me connected in 14 days,then was without broadband on 3 occasions first for 12 days first time,then 4 and 1.There customer service is dire.My advice is to stay well clear :mad:
