mr myosin if your on duty (lol) is it me or is it a recent pheonemenon that hgv drivers seem to frequently try in vain to overtake each other, ending up in lane 2 without sufficient power or foresight and just straddle each other for some considerable time.
as a caravan tower this is infuriating and the temptation to just go to lane 3 for a few seconds is unbearable.
is this just bad manners lack of reading the road/lie of land or is it illegal to block lane 2 in this manner0 -

of free Highway codes as part of a local Road Safety Campaign . However,

I recieved a message back from Warwickshire County Council stating that their limited stock had now gone.
They did point me in the direction of the free online version: http://www.highwaycode.gov.uk
