Yep, pulse-points are the spots where the blood supply is nearest the surface and hence the warmest.
On the point about the cost per millilitre I would say that the oils are MUCH more concentrated and tenacious and therefore much more long-lasting than any eau de parfum I've encountered. I think PP's range is outstanding value for money0 -
whats the worst thing about placing an order with PP? ... waiting for it to arrive. i have almost finished all of my favorites and they are in the post as we speak, but the french postal system is not quite as fast as the uk's - i might have to wait another 5 or 6 days!!! i wonder how i will manage.1 oxfam jumper, 19 hexagon jumpers and 1 beanie!0

Hi all,
Does your oil vials show that it has DPG? Mine does and this means that the oil is diluted. PP website says that they don't dilute oil http://www.perfume-parlour.co.uk/pure-perfume-oil/info_11.html
So, I am slightly perplexed?
Indeed the fragrance will be nice but won't last longer like pure perfume oil.
Thanks0 -
I'm more than happy with my order, smells are fab and so is the service0

I've just checked two bottles of non-designer fragrance and they both say: Ingredients: aroma, DPG. Yet, as you pointed out, the website says "All perfume oils available at Perfume Parlour are pure and we do not add China Sandal or DPG to our oils, we believe in only pure perfume oils and that’s what makes us different from the rest.".
I wonder if PP will comment?0 -
Lesley1966 and saurya_s - had a look on the internet as i was quite interested in what DPG is - have only just noticed it on the labels on my perfume. put DPG into google and this is what i came up with ..."Dipropylene Glycol,(DPG),is used to tone down reactive agents found within chemicals, therefore producing a skin safe oil. Dipropylene Glycol is often used to make fragrance oils and essential oils safe for use on the skin". having read that, i am quite happy with DPG in my perfume. I hope that this settles your minds, it did mine. (And by the way, no i don't work for PP or have anything to do with them other than paying them for all the stuff i order from Amir!)

The new Jimmy Choo one is listed on the PP site.
Cabotine is on their ebay page but not on PP.
I'm so pleased to have found this thread. I've only got three bottles of perfume left and they are all heavier scents, ones that I love in winter but not in Spring/Summer. So I've just ordered some Light Blue - my fav summer fragrance ever, Joop, and Alien.
Will update with my thoughts when I've received the order and tried them all out!0 -
Save me reading back loads of pages
Which is the site that most people are buying them from?
Thanks!"Things can only get better.................c/o D:Ream #The 90's"

Is it really cheaper?
Have someone done an analysis on how long different bottles of this pure perfume last compared to the high street versions with added alcohol and water?0
