THEY ARE A CON THEY SMELL VULGAR. save your money and buy the genuine article . do not line the pockets of a con man who will promise you a scent for a couple of quid. AVOID IT IS A RIP OFF.
A first time poster? I love Perfume Parlour and have never been disappointed with my purchases. I have bought oils which I own the original and a couple of them have missed the mark but generally they are great. I have saved a fortune over the last couple of years by wearing the replicas.
I save the real thing for when I go out in the evening.0 -
ok if you are happy that is great . but look at it this way they are made of OIL. what do you put in your fryer and frying pan. look at what is inside the bottle and compare it to your cooking oil. ok it smells better but it is just as thick as cooking oil. now even if your cooking oil smelled nice i assume that you would not put it on your skin ?. can you imagine how greasy this stuff will make your skin ? BUY THE REAL THING. do not line the pockets of somebody who is selling scented cooking oil.0

And what exactly do u think "the real thing" is made of? OIL. With added alcohol. Do u not use oil of any sort on your skin, no moisturiser, no soap? Oil of some sort is present in many many cosmetics and skin treatments.0

And there are many of us on this forum who do the oil cleansing method. I have combination skin and my skin hasn't looked better since using this. It doesn't make my skin greasy at all.Did owe £9,951.96

Me too Lynsey, I love the OCM, and that really does involves putting cooking oil on your face! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
And I'd just like to add that if you have applied enough perfume oil to make your skin feel oily, you've certainly over done it :eek:0 -
Just had a quick read through this thread and have been inspired to make a purchase - I have only bought the 3 x 3ml oils to try as a starting point! I've bought:
Beyond Paradise (Type)
Flower Bomb (Type)
Kenzo Flower (Type)
Flower is my all time fave - so I'm interested to see if the oil is as good! I've never tried Flower bomb but I've heard good things about it!!0 -
I received my 3 x 3ml oils this morning after ordering just two nights ago and although I have only given them a short whiff and a little sample I must admit I am very impressed.
Beyond Paradise (Type) - smells identical as far as I remember, am very pleased.
Flower Bomb (Type) - have never smelt the original (that I recall) but is very nice
Kenzo Flower (Type) - good, although not identical but close enough
Overall since I only paid £7 in total for all 3 I am happy - well recommended everyone! I will buy again. Well worth trying for some other fragrances, I think!0 -

I think you may be ignorant of the way perfumes are made. I suspect that you may have heard of essential OILS as well. I'm sorry that you weren't pleased with your purchases from Perfume-Parlour but very many of us were. The main difference between buying branded products, if the scents are identical (and they sometimes are), is that scented oils are much, much more tenacious and long-lasting than any EDT or EDP. In my book that makes them incredibly good value even if they were priced at double or treble what they cost at the moment.
Your having called them crooks is extremely unfair and inaccurate, to be polite about it. They don't pretend to sell the "real thing" so people cannot pretend to be surprised when what they receive is something else.0
