Might I suggest that you use the forum's 'Search' facility to access a vast amount of anecdotal evidence (for and against) in respect of ICICI. :D

If you are going to ask more or less the same question twice, it really is a good idea to have looked back into the threads first - I say this only because there have been literally dozens of discussions about ICICI and its lack of service.

This is a thread discussing an ICICI product and should be kept as such.
Worthless posts like the above are unnecessary.
Little jibes posted ruin the community spirit of this excellent site and can deter newbies from posting their comments as they feel that threads can turn into slanging matches.

:rotfl: What causes the problems is when some people act as if they are Forum Police and/or get involved in exchanges which are absolutely nothing at all to do with them. :rolleyes2

O/P indicated that he/she had a negative experience with ICICI Bank.

Two Posters asked the O/P what that negative experience was, IMO both the posters requests were totally valid to the contents of the thread. ( after all it was the O/P who mentioned that he/she had a negative experience which left others wondering what that negative experience was.

Im interested also in hearing what the O/P negative experiences are of ICICI bank so thats now three of us. :rolleyes2 ( ive only asked once as well :rolleyes2 )

If the O/P doesnt wish to answer ( which is his/her right) then it makes the remark "Once bitten twice shy" on a discussion forum pretty pointless IMO.

The other thing that causes problems is when some people are used to having the final word in real life and believe they should also have the final word on a forum. So guess its over to u.

Sorry Oshoshitzu, obviously my error, thought you'd asked twice in messages 7 & 11 - my mistake.

I think you will find that the enquiry was addressed in post 10. I was also at pains to stress that this was my experience/opinion, but that people should make their own decision. Do keep up. :rotfl:

Its well overdue for ICICI to announce their ISA account. Get a move on ICICI.

Incidentally, personally i have had no probs with ICICI service.
