There are many threads on the forum about this company.
To OP, they have clearly given their company details at the bottom of the homepage (and probably every page).0 -
I bought 2 side tables from them. Very good quality and a very good price. Got quidco too.0

We've found them very good. Don't know where you live but they have a clearance shop in Chippenham in Wiltshire where they sell off end of ranges and damaged goods, we've had some real bargins from there.
It's luck what's in the shop on the day, we're lucky to live close enough to pop in and browse now and again.

Can you tell me where in Chippenham. I live in Wootton Bassett and would be interested in paying them a visit0 -
The store is opposite the entrance to the Hathaway Retail Park in Chippenham, that's the one that has the Homebase and Halfords on.
Instead of turning right into the Hathaway carpark, go left into the Oakfurnitureland car park.

I bought a large chest of drawers from them last month. No problems so far, seems decent enough quality.0

Hi
I am aout to put an order online through quidco. As i am spendng a lot I think I will go for the 0% option...will I still receive my quidco???0 -
I ordered just enough for the 0% over 2 years and got £190 via quidco. Did have to do an earning enquiry as it came through as 0 pence. This is not to say it comes tyhrough every time.0

I've bought the following from these people.
Dakar Range
Dining room table and chair set
5ft Sideboard
Tall Bookcase
3 Cube nest of tables
CD Storage cabinet.
All good, the wood does need oiling or it dries and will crack - but that's solid oak for you. We found the furntiure need to aclimatise to our rooms as it was cold/very slightly damp on delivery - I guess from storage/shipping.
Issues I had:-
The dining table top, despite being oiled, shrank so much you could fit your finger through the gap - once informed it was replaced without argument within 14 days.
The original CD storage unit was delivered damaged (no obvious sign of damage to the packing) again replaced within 14 days - no issues.
I'm happy that we got value for money and a good service and I'd be comfortable recommending this company to friends and family.
The sign of a good compnay is how it deals with problems and they dealt with two problems with my furniture very promptly0
