oakfurnitureland.co.uk

I have seen a dining table and chairs at Oakfurnitureland.co.uk that seem really good value, has anyone used this company.
I'm a bit unsure because there is no trading address on website, or do you not have to supply a trading address.
Is there any way to find a companys imformation from a website address.

They are the same company as container clearance company on ebay. exactly the same items if you look but obviously sold via auction and some have different names too.
I had a problem with my item and had trouble getting hold of them . Ebay have a system whereby you can request the sellers trading name/address. It did get sorted in the end but took some persistence.

When your furniture falls apart withih one year make sure you have followed the correct care procedures or your guarantee is void. The link to the Care and Characteristics section is found just next to the Terms and Conditions link under Store Policies. Kind regards, Ganesh Customer Services.

I've just had a dresser delivered from them and I can't fault the customer service I've experienced. Obviously I can't comment on how the furniture lasts but I'm delighted with mine - a third of the price of very similar items in local shops and comparable quality.

I've just had a tv unit and lamp table and they're lovely. They're also registered with Quidco and I got cashback too!

if the full details are not on the website, then look elsewhere.
what or why are they hiding?
    Get some gorm.
  • Bought a display unit from container clearance company (aka JB Global/OakFurnitureLand).

The delivery was as stated (despatched within 30 working days (6 weeks)), arrived in perfect condition and is a beautiful, very good quality piece of furniture. I sent a couple of queries by email after purchase and they were responded to quickly.

I'm very happy, and will be buying from them again. Obviously others aren't as happy ... which is always a shame to hear when you've had good service from someone and want to recommend them.

Bought a dining table and four chairs from them a month or so ago, did have some doubts after reading some of the negative reviews but everything went fine and had no problems. I'll post back in eleven months to let you know if it's fallen apart or not. :D

We've found them very good. Don't know where you live but they have a clearance shop in Chippenham in Wiltshire where they sell off end of ranges and damaged goods, we've had some real bargins from there.
It's luck what's in the shop on the day, we're lucky to live close enough to pop in and browse now and again.
