    This isnt really my type of story so i'm going to try and contact some peers in the national press who do this type of thing to try and get some coverage which should help.

    Unfortunately, I think that Local Authorities will remain a law unto themselves until their activities are more accountable to the people they are supposed to represent.

    Hi all,

    Just to update you we won a vote in the Guildhall to stay the decision of awarding the CLAC tender until it has gone to a public meeting before the bidding process starts again. This was with the help of our local Labour group.

    I have met all 3 local MP's on the subject and they are looking in to the matter. The fight is going well but not over by any means. Have a good weekend.
