Urgent Help Needed - To get BB connected

Options
Hi all,
I hope I have put this in theright place.

I was trying to setup a friends 1st Broadband connection and we ran into trouble in that we seem to have setup the router in that it is secure (even tho the software keep telling us the information couldn't be saved!) but we got some of the internet ISP user infor wrong.

So now we can connect to the router securely but the router is not connected to the internet. Can someone tell me how we can sort this problem out ?

At home(because we cant seem to get internet connection at my friends) I have tried to go to the Address for the DLINK DSL-G624T router to change the internet access (ISP information) information there but it just keeps saying '
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'

We are trying to connect to Madasafish but there wasn't an option in the list on the router so we tried other and didn't have the correct information we now realise so we couldn't get connected to the internet.

    You should be able to reset the router to its original factory settings, then start again.

    With maaf, the user name and password you need are different to the normal user name you use to log in to your account/webmail etc via their website. Are you using the right one?

    Ok have you tried pluggin a computer direct to the modem? Does it show internet from there?

    If so then look at how the router connects to the modem.

    Also download this & work your way through it;
