Switching from BT Broadband Wireless

My current 12 month deal has run out and I'm now paying £26.99 per month for Option 3 (with the hub phone), instead of the dicounted £21.99 previously. BT phoned me this week and offered me £4 off if I agree to stay with them for another 12 months. £22.99 seems a lot, considering what's out there at the moment. Is it easy to swop providers, do BT price match or offer you a better deal, like SKY do when you phone and tell them you want to cancel?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Guys.

Thanks in advance

Im a sky tv customer+ just taken the £10/month broadband package.
I requested the MAC code from my previous provider (took 2 days) then gave it to SKY- they gave me the implementation date (about 2 wks ahead) and that was it.http://broadband.sky.com/

    MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. I'm sure that I've read on this forum that they will do it for £19.99.
