Can anyone help please.
I want to save a shortcut to my desktop to quickly open a web page I use a lot, that bits easy but what I would also like to be able to do is click the shortcut which in turn opens a number of separate web pages.
An example on this web site would be to click one shortcut on my desktop that opens (in separate windows) the grabit board this board and the vouchers board.
Can this be done.
Many thanks
I Use
XP Home and IE6

Thanks, thats the easy bit but what I want to do is open a number of IE windows from one shortcut. I thought I could rignt click and click proerties and seperate all the pages I want to open with a ";" but this does not work.0 -
Mmmm see what ya mean why not try Opera or Firefox browser, and you can have open web pages within the browser. so you can click on a tab to go to each page in one open Browser (tabbed browsing)0

I dont mind lots of IE windows open so tabbed browsing is not important to me, its just there are 5 web sites I go to every day and it would be nice to hit one shortcut on the desktop to open all 5 rather than having to open IE then go to fav's and settect each site one at a time.
At the moment I have the five shortcuts saved to my desktop but I hate a cluttered desktop..0 -
hate to put a dampner on thing but I havent seen anything like that as theres
no use for it, as I suspect having 5 pages opening at the same time would crash the Browser.
Thats why theres a tabbed browser on the market.
And insead of having them on the "desktop" why not dap them on the quicklaunch bar
ok not ideal but they would be tidier.0 -
You can have lots open I have 12 pages open at the moment.
I always start my session by clicking the 5 shortcuts on my desktop.
Thanks for your help I suspected it could not be done without a little VB app..0
