Unlock motorola

Im looking to unlock my motorola a1000. I recently bought an unlock code but it never arived. I also see the motorola a1000 has the ability to use 2 lines. Does anybody know how to use the 2 lines? Does it rely on compatibility with the network?

I got it from: irwebonline.com

I have placed a complaint with PayPal (as the payment was processed through them) but they say they cannot resolve the issue as it is a digital item and cannot prove weather or not I received it (via e-mail, as promised). I have now complained to my credit card company who are now investigating.

If you know of a reputable company offering the unlock code please let me know as I need it urgently.

i will pm you with a couple of reliable people when i get home from work.
what area do you live? may be quicker/cheaper to unlock by cable
also if its on voda you can get the code cheaper
