I don't mind where. I will travel if necessary, but at the moment I can't even hazard a guess at a date. I will just have to let the rest of you work it out, and then see if I can make it.

It's a premier inn with large pub attached. The cost says £55 a night. Breakfast is extra at £7.99 for a full english.Free car park.
That would do me, especially as I've checked the coach fares & they're under £30 return.

National express stop right outside:D so i am informed;) . 1-2 miles from 2 train stations. Just trying to think of poor waspy and cornish pixie!

Trouble is i would not have too far to travel so feel a little selfish, when others have to drive ect miles!.
Don't feel selfish about making the suggestion. Wherever we end up is going to mean travelling for someone. I've deliberately not suggested London (where I am) because I know it can be very expensive for someone who isn't used to it. I'd rather go somewhere that someone else has been to - a personal review is always a good thing to have. :)
  • I've just checked my diary and i'm free from 19th April till around xmas time:o
so any dates good, though i'd struggle if it was June as i have a wedding to attend so money will be too tight.

I've not got a visa electron card to book the room with..but i know a man (Daddy) who has all sorts of pretty little cards that i'm sure he'll let me use:rolleyes:

Our first port of call is decide the date. It's no good picking a venue to suit some then find they are not available for the choosen wkend. We can please some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time!

Anytime suits me as no holiday booked this year:cry:

Ok, bull by the horns..how about the first weekend in Sept.
Gives time to save, time to get a few more newbies in on it.
    Time to organise.
Gives parents a much needed break at the end of the school hols
And, with luck, the weather will okish

Fingers crossed that I am already off work that day as if I'm not I've no chance of getting the day off as my place of work isn't exactly flexible with weekend holidays!
