Has anyone else had this problem with ther kaupthing-edge system (apologies if this has already been covered but I can't find anything on it in forums)? I am a new user of kaupthing edge's system, but I find that when I log in I only get as far as the security notice and the 'view accounts' button will not work. I'm pretty sure it's not an incorrect password because when I (deliberately) put in an incorrect password I get a genuine error message. Any tips?
I have contacted their help service, and so it will be interesting to see if they reply quickly; but will moneysavingexperts get there even faster???

Some sites won't display properly unless you use Internet Explorer. I haven't had any problems with going past the security notice using IE.0

It's working fine here, I've logged on a few times today (checking for receipt of a BACS transfer) - similarly yesterday and the previous day. Some sites won't display properly unless you use Internet Explorer. I haven't had any problems with going past the security notice using IE.0

Just tried with both IE and Firefox, all's ok for me... Try ringing their helpline, they've been exceptionally swift and a pleasure to deal with when I rang them up. google for a non 0845 number, I know I found it somewhere.
Have you ever managed to log in? Maybe make sure you have the latest versions installed?

Wow that's quick. Many thanks; maybe it's my safari (strange people, we Mac users); I'll keep fiddling and then try their helpline. But you're all obviously computerexperts as well as moneysavers!0

Yes it looks as if it's something with safari, because I got in OK with my very rusty but trusty Internet Explorer 0.5 (well, 5 actually, but it seems v old). I'll be interested to see what their helpline says all the same, and I pass this on to other mac users.
Many thanks for help.0 -

Many thanks for help.
Just downloaded & installed Safari for Windows <version 3.1.1(525.17)> and logged into my KE account with no problems - looks as though it *may* be a Mac-specific issue.0 -

"might" be.
Sorry, Baldur, but that drives me mad ....

Thank you for allowing me to do that.
However, I use UK English rather than US English, so it doesn't apply ...Imprudent granting of credit is bound to prove just as ruinous to a bank as to any other merchant.
