For those of you who are still receiving the discount, can I ask have you checked your credit card/bank accounts or are you just going by the e-mail which says the discout has been taken off?0
-
You can still do it - I have just finalised an order just now - sharks tale on ps2 and disney eye-toy game for ps2, and have received the discount.
But check you bank account, what amount has been debited?0 -
I have checked my online banking - not updated yet.
I've made several orders too...... ???
All the receipts - I have printed - all the emails I have in my inbox.....
As previously posted - they should cancel the orders or contact you before charging full whack?
I'll post when it appears on my online bank. :-/0 -
When you go into Virgin stores this ffer is only valid on certain dvd titles & not when mised with cds etc.
Will be interesting to see if it works though.0 -
Are you getting the receipts as soon as you order?

Ordered at 9am this morning and still no reciept and i cant find any trace of it on the website :'(
my receipts were mailed to me within seconds of ordering.
printed the ones from the site when given the option to.
there cancellation/returns policy may involve having to pay for the postage on any returns.....
not good.0 -
Just to clarify, i had the email almost instantly after placing my order, the goods came to just over £50 and the email confirmed a discount of £19.99 making the total £31.
Looking at my online bank details the original amount has been taken from my card, the £50 not the discounted amount. So i would advise extreme caution in placing large orders.Titch

They have probably caught on and just charging the full amount...

Checked my online statement and the debit approved appears only to be for the discounted amount and not for full price - so it should be OK (No guarantees!).

can they charge a different price to that on the receipt?
