Since they state that they take your money once the order is placed, can they cancel these orders once they realise the mistake?

You can argue your case. As I stated earlier, their T&C's state:
'Once the receipt has been received, there will be a legally binding contract between us.'

How depressing. Was hoping to buy a couple of games of the site using the offer (Sims 2 & Zoo Tycoon 2). Problem is Zoo Tycoon 2 isn't out until the end of November, and isn't on their website yet.

Oh well.

halo 2 release date is 12/11/04 .. 1 day after nationwide release, does this mean we get it on this day or via post 3 days later ???
