He does not NEED the option, it will automatically go into the ISA unless he specifies otherwise as I thopught I had clearly said above "the options are only if you wish to have the interest paid elsewhere."0

Indeed as you would think, but I am waiting for the OP to say how he is applying.. if its online and cannot leave it blank dum dum duuuuuuuum.
But paper I would think he can do as you say and leave it blank or something.0 -

Thanks for your responses.
I went through ICEsaves on-line application for an ISA and got to the question "where would you like the interest paid" which gave me the two options I mentioned above. BUT maybe I could just leave it blank it will automatically go into the ISA account..
I'll check again ... and post back here..

OK, I checked again and "Baldur" was correct.
You just leave the question unanswered and the interest is paid into the ISA account.
