Hi, Agree with Viz, just take your business elsewhere. Onetel do exactly the same as Tiscali, i.e look after new customers a 100% better than their established ones. As suggested, look on adslguide.org. The reviews on some ISP providers are appalling and some are really good. I have been particularly impressed by 'freedom2surf reviews and this may be the road I am going down. Dont pay good money for poor service. Good Luck

I'm also with Tiscali and share many of your experiences. Additionally trying to change your package online doesn't work. I finally resorted to threatening to leave.

My advice is if still getting no joy from your ISP then cancel your DD and go elsewhere!

Thanks guys foir all your advice its been really helpful.

I'm just going to write to Tiscali with all the remaining problems and see what they have to say. If their response is suitable then i'll stay with them, at least until my contract ends (I think Feb 06), if not i may go to Otelo and get them to get tiscali to cancel my contract.

I will let you know how i get on.
