    Depends on what tenure you want. Halifax has 4 yr at 6.20% if you want to fix for longer Leeds do a 5yr Escalating ISA which on average pays 6% over the 5yrs.     Best part is they accept transfer ins and I liked their service when I opened a 3 yr fixed rate recently.
