Hi,
I have just requested my MAC. Do I have to wait for it to arrive before signing up with a new provider or can I do that now?

Check with the new provider - but I doubt your order will go through any quicker. There seems to be a set timetable (around 10 days) between giving in the MAC and it completing.0

I have just switched from bt to sky. I phoned bt for my mac and then phoned sky and give it to them. It took 11 days for me to activated with sky. I am glad everything is going well with sky. Hope this helps.0
