Skipton - I am impressed

I just had a phone call from the Skipton regarding my application, as it did not state on the form what I was applying for. The nice young lady then went and found the 3 other applications for my family, and assured me that she would ensure interest is backdated to 16 April, ie the date they received the applications, even though she is unsure when the accounts might be opened, due to the rather large amount of applications they have received.

I've always found the Skipton BS to be anything but "BS". Their staff have always called me back if they haven't been able to sort out a query on my fiirst call. Highly recommend them!...and then the window licker said to me...0
