Advice Bt Rip Off Help
I wonder if someone could advice me. We have been sold a BT fusion package by BT '(for those who don't know it is a mobile phone that uses your BT hub to make free calls to any number mobile or otherwise) any way. The BT sales representative told me it would cost £30.25 for the 1st phone then £10 for each susequent handset. Which we though was fantastic. I made sure I got her to check the price and send me the terms in email. Now when the first bill came through I was being charges vastly different amounts. £47.35 for the 1st phone then £23.50 for each subsequent handset. BT now say they made a mistake. My question is can I insist that they honour the original aggreement or are they able to change the rates and make me pay the new rate?
Cheers

If you have it in writing then possibly, but I doubt it. It sounds high for the secondary handset as the main charge (Minute Bundle) is associated to your 1st phone? Is it not high due to broken period rentals??
I have to say it is very difficult to find the pricing on their page....
New Primary Accounts only, subject to status, 18 month term and 11 month tariff commitment. Full price of £19, £25, £35 for BT Fusion Mobile 4 for 1 100, 200 and 400 respectively, payable from month 4

One reason they are now saying for the huge increase is that. The the original deal I requested 120min is only available for 1 handset. As I have three they have had to upgrade me to the 500min tariff?. Do you think I would have a case for getting them to cancel the contracts and refund all my money.
Cheers for the reply
