If the customer hadn't paid, why didn't your Mum just send the goods back to Avon?Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0

For the sake of £30, pay it - you mother does appear to owe the money to Avon, and would need to chase up the customer who hasn't paid her, though this may prove difficult."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

The OPs Mother didn't have the chase the person who hasn't paid. All they had to do was return the goods back to Avon and then her balance would have been adjusted.
For the sake of £30, I would just pay it too, but I don't understand why they are in this situation anyway, unless they kept the goods, or they actually owe Avon themselves for not sending in the right amount of money for payment.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
Well the person who bought the goodz upped and left, basically the company keep sayin she iz liable, but can can that be if she workz for a company that employerz her to sell for them

The person mnay have upped and left but your Mum would still have the items, which means she should have sent them back and got the money took from her balance ~ that's why your Mum is liable, because according to Avon, she has had the goods and not sent payment in for them.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -

I couldn't have put it better myself.
I don't mind typos, bad grammar, using the wrong word (as in there instead of their), as long as I can understand what is meant by the post, but text speak and replacing letter just to make you look cool really annoys me.0 -
Avon do not employ reps. You work on a self employed basis as a rep for them.
Unfortunately that means if you give goods to a customer and the customer does not pay for them, then it is up to you to chase the customer for the money. You still have to pay Avon for the goods ordered and they will not get involved in cases like this. Here I go again on my own....0 -

Capitalization of the first person singular 'I' (instead of i) would be good as well :-)'I can't deny the British influence on my accent and mannerisms, but I don't know the British national anthem, I didn't weep for Princess Diana and I always cheer when Britain loses at sport. That's how British I am' Constantine-Simms. :T
