Dell apparently delivered my £500 PC to the street where workplace is (30+ businesses on that road) they simply forgot to put the name of my company on the delivery note and now tell me they have a signed delivery note from someeone called "Sam" problem is, nobody here at work is called Sam (names changed for privacy reasons).
This is going to be a challenge getting them to accept the error.
  • Same spec - except Dell and Core 2 (and therefore reasonable chipset) was £379 in my tesco the other day. Tesco direct is more expensive that in store deals.
£8k to pay off before Jan 2011! Was 28k to pay off by Jan 2010 though so I'm happy :)

  • Looks good!

I'm so confused about what is best though!
  • ive always preferred dell (when i use a pc). however my last dell got shipped from Ireland to London VIA AMSTERDAM!!!!!...what a joke

the dell one is the better option, better warranty, cashback through quidco...MAKE SURE YOU CLEAR YOU COOKIES as you have been to the dell site and then do it.

good luck with it. and make sure when you get to the second page of configuring your machine they havent sneekily checked the box for the more expensive (and normally unwanted) premium warranty service. just get their one year one...

    hope this helps....
