My BT contract is coming to an end and I'm looking for a mobile with 12 month free line rental, but because I want to port my number, I can't use the same network deals(Mobile shop have free 12 month rental SIM only with BT).
Also Orange is out as I can't get a signal at home, so the only deals I have seen are on
Phonebox, for a Sony Ericsson k300i, free 12 month rental with O2, http://www.phoneboxdirect.co.uk/?SOURCE=goog&KEYWORD=free%20line%20rental

Or, a Motorola V220, again on O2, at Mobile shop,

    Cheers,

Have you considered porting onto payg and then porting back to bt? Opinion seems to vary on whether bt support simply-fone. Possibly if you have an older contract which does you might be better off trying to get a non-churn reduction form bt than taking a new contract?

  • why don't you try 'the link' or 'carphone warehouse' - online they really have loads of nice promotions, i got myself a t-mobile motorola v3 black, well it is on a 18 month contract but only 14.50 a month - partly through cashback, but you probably won't find a deal not done through cashback anyway.

and the phone is stylish, too ;-)

  • Any one have any comments re cash back from phone box direct
    or mobileshop.com?
    Any problems redeeming cashbacks?
You know what... you can't beat a good bargain!!!
