best deal for a couple??
me and my girlfriend are at the situation due to new jobs we both need new mobile phone deals. And wondered if you lot new the best deal out there that we could take advantage of that situation. Eg we we ring each other a lot so is there a network that allows free calls (or at least really cheap to the same network). We dont mind getting new numbers and we both usually have bills of about £50... oh and we both need new phones of course (nothing flash needed)..... so guys what do you reckon??

You could go for the vodafone family pay as you go deal. it cost u £5 a month and u can select upto 4 vodafone numbers to call free i think upto 60mins then hang up and redial. you would have to buy a phone seperately though.0

im sure if you take out two new contracts at the same time with three you get an extra 2000 3 to 3 minutes included per month.0

We are on 02, have paid £7.50 extra from my phone for the free 02 to 02 calls, so when he calls me he uses his minutes, and i call him back for nothing, works well. We were on a vodafone business deal where they linked the mobiles and calls were free (not the family deal mentioned earlier) and it was a disaster, bills were huge and we paid to get out of the contract early. Don't let them pursuade you to take one business contract out for the 2 phones. Thanks for the advice Martin! :money:Member no. 920 - Proud to be dealing with our debts0

Im on 3 as is my gf and we get 300 free 3 to 3 minutes each. But your best of ringing up 3 for a really good deal as they are more likely to chuck you in some decent freebies (I got myself and my gf 150 free texts to any network each month) Student Current Accounts = - £3400
:rotfl: Nectar - 3331 Points
Quidco - £98.18 :T
