Afternoon all
A very vague plan this week, we're out all weekend, staying at MIL's and OH is away next week for 3/4 nights so no point planning anything fancy.
Fri - Chicken curry, rice, naan, mini samosas (naan and samosas RTC)
Sat - Away (niece's 1st birthday party)
Sun - Away (OH and twin bro's birthday)
Mon-Thurs - OH away so pasta bake/jacket taties/freezer food/HM soup, bread and a pudding for me and DD
Fri - Undecided
See, extremely vague lolI'm trying to make my grocery challenge budget stretch the whole of April instead of the 4 weeks i usually do it for so i want to use up freezer and cupboard stuff. Also to get some space for batch cooking i need to get done before jellybean arrives
