the 30 free orange texts per month (mentioned in this months email) depend on you spending £10 to top up your phone

I think you have that wrong there, the 30 free texts can be sent from the Orange website or you can send for a new simcard which gives you 1,000 free texts?

on orange, if you top up £10 you get 300 txts, top up £20 you get 600 top up £30 and you get unlimited.. and thats a really good deal.. as txts tend to cost 10-12p so 300 would normally cost you £300
