popped into boots on my way home
gorgeous bags now at bexleyheath
made the mistake of thinking i could use this to make my purchase up to £5, but as it has been pointed out before it does not count!!
i also got some naked bath soak for 97p and bogof.
and i used a cosmetics till spit on a bourjois nail varnish - only because i read someone on here saying it was a nice colour - rose lounge! havent used it yet but it does look nice!
the skincare 3 for 2 has finished in my store but they are doing no7 on 3 for 2
moneysaver12 - so sorry for you, hope it works out ok.
That was me:rotfl:
Hope you like it ,if not you can always send it my way:rotfl:
Let us know what you think!
I had a quick trip round Boots today but then realised I had swapped handbags this morning and had left all my vouchers at home so bought 2 packs of Ibrufen.:o
Moneysaver12 , Big hugs,
I am sorry how things worked out for you.Maybe people need to be careful using vouchers for virtual babes. It may be that they are clamping down.I am just a bit past being pregnant so have never joined the PC but I have used PC vouchers swapped on here or from ebay.We all need to be more careful/subtle when using vouchers.
I hope you don't lose all your points but as Valk_scot says its better than being done for fraud.
Let us know what happens,good luck:j I love bargains:jI love MSE0 -
It was suggested by another poster that the original post was edited and it was. I think that the OP has done as much as she can, under the circumstances, to limit exposure.
I understood what passion was saying. I agree that it's not a good idea to post such things here where there are impressionable people looking in.
Apologies for snipping your post bedshaped, but I wanted to respond to this part, and hope that the 'problem' of editing is finally put to rest.
I was very tempted to quote the whole of the offending post, so that what was originally typed was there for anyone to see, but decided not to. But what should be noted is ... that because of the poster editing their post, it makes mine look very offensive, imo.
We need the option to edit for obvious reasons like typing errors etc, but recently, there's been quite a lot of editing, for no known reason, that makes for very strange reading imo.
There's too many divisions going on at the moment. Let's hope editing doesn't become another one.Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0 -

That's totally the wrong way to go about things imo hotpot. Why surround someone like that? To let other customers know that they can, and will, use 'strong-armed' tactics to prevent them doing the same? If I saw it happening I'd never use the store again - Tesco, Boots, wherever. (I'm really tempted to mention basic human rights, but I'd better not.)
And what if they're wrong? (Which does happen)
Lol...I've ended up "surrounded" by SAs and supervisors over totally legitimate questions. The SA doesn't know so she asks a senior SA who doesn't know either so sends a third SA to ask a supervisor who has to find a member of the management team.....before you know it, you've got half the shift there and they still don't know!Val.0 -
hi h007 and thanks for that, it reminded me that I'd bought a lot of the Naked range, mainly because it's usually reduced
I put it away and forgot about it, but thought I'd have a clear out, so looked at some tube that looked like it was leaking. It was, but I got a whiff of it and the scent was lush.
It's definitely not going in any hampers - I'm keeping it, it's that nice
I keep looking at that and thinking I will try it. Noticed today the Naked body stuff is 241 and the shampoo/conditioner is £6 so I might try it. The shampoo deal is not as good as the 241 recently but as usual I dithered around and missed it:rotfl:saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200

Good analogy valk_scot
And I've copied the part below from your previous post, because I didn't want to detract from what was said, and because I can't double-quote right nowBut I'll use the idiot's way
"Imagine that there's a member of the Boots fraud team watching your every move round the shop and at the tills on the CCTV...and who's to say there isn't?"
I imagine it every time I go in to Boots Val, because usually there are people doing just that - to me. And I'm legit!:rotfl:Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0 -
