Carphone whare house problems
 Hi,
I just bought a blackberry from the Carphonewarehouse sim free, the first one broke within a week so I took it back and had it swapped out for a new one.
Now the new one does not work (on one of the functions) as I need this for business and the emails I have lost all confidence in it (I need emails all the time)
I called the carphone warehouse and requested a re-fund and have been told that I can not get a refund as it is over 28days since purchase. When I said I could claim it back (the purchase price) via credit card insurance they told me that they would put a note on my credit file. Can they do this, they say that I entered into a contract with them when I bought the phone sim free ???
As the phone does not work they should give me a refund or am I mistaken
thanks
Ed
