So what is the job of the minimod again?
Obviously the pension board being fairly quiet I have not had to moderate any arguments but I guess that would be outside my remit anyway? However if someone posts about free hairclips on my board I am allowed to move it, and if someone blatantly advertises their crappy IFA service I am allowed to modify the offending posts?
If people have been forming teams (or gangs) for arguments can someone let me know which one I am on?0 -

I think its a brilliant idea, then maybe the discussion boards and the 'Arms' can get back to the fun it was.
Arms isn't as bad as the dicussion board. I don't go into the Discussion board much but when I do it seems to be very heated and some harsh things being said!
But heres hoping that the new posts help to improve things! ;D0 -
OK.
To clear up Board Guides (he says not using Mini-Mods phrase anymore).
The job is to help people find what they want, guide them towards where the right info is, stop spam if possible, move stuff to correct boards, obvious language abuse, if possible, organise the stickies as is relevant.
Really guides are there especially for new people needing help to find the right info.
Where there are spats - that's for the abuse controllers job.
And as for which team. Pal you're on my side..... everyone else was picked already!Martin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.

Thanks Martin
It has been pointed out to me that I am on Nile's team, which I should have guessed really. ;D0 -
I would agree with Pal, in that I have not had to deal with too many issues on the Northern Ireland board, some silly comments have had to be "adjusted" but that's it really and I for one hope that it stays that way! It really is a pity that people have gotten embroiled in heated debates. Hopefully that is now all bewhind us and we can ALL get on with moneysaving.0
