Am I a bad person for seriously wanting those 2 sisters to fail and then actually laughing out loud when they only sold the one for 210 (having ignored the valuation and going for what they thought it was worth).

I haven't seen this episode yet, I'll watch it online sometime but one thing strikes me from the comments so far: What happened to the "First Time Developer" doing "One Project" helped out by "Expert" Beanbag, which is what all the previous series that I can remember were looking for. What has happened that the spec of the participants has changed for this series?

I believe RightMove updates about 8pm each night with the changes made throughout the day. In which case, it could just have been a coincidence that their buyer pulled out today.

rightmove can change at all times of the day, sometimes multiple times in a day.

I laughed too at the 210K sale - I bet that hurt!

And the christchurch one - that lounge - oh deary me - turns a lovely house into a big fat no no. I mean, whats the point having a massive kitchen dinner but a teeny weeny lounge??

No, they just rubbed me up the wrong way, especially the dark haired one.

Those 2 yellow semis - who chose that colour paint!

They look to be in real financial trouble. No money to finish the second until the first is sold. Unless that first is sold quick, I reckon it will be repossessed.

Actually more likely they will keep up the mortgage on the first, as that should show a profit, and let the unfinished one be repossessed.
