The kitchen of the semis looked great but the lounge was far far too small for a house with that many bedrooms.

They put the finished semi on the market for £165,000 - any idea how much they sold it for cos they didn't say.

    Cheers

Does anyone know if the houses in Christchurch sold? Thought they were lovely(apart from the yellowy render, made them stick out a bit!)Had a look on Rightmove, can't see them....

As for the cottages, well. Sorry but would not consider buying them for 250, can buy a 4 bed here for that!24 BLT do you think they are regretting that now?...wondering if they are busy selling.

I think you mean £365,000. It was put on the market in March 2008, it's not sold yet.

They need to wait for that one to sell before they will have the funds to complete the work on the other.

wow, anyone looking at that house who watched the show will know exactly how much they spent on it and what kind of profit they will make. Even more power to the buyer.

Thanks for correcting my amount, cheers.

The pics don't do the place justice - look a bit blurred to me, could do with re-doing.

They were giggling about the fact that they were "mortgaged to the maximum" on each of the properties!
Of course that part of the program was recorded last summer before the development started. Bet they are not laughing about it now :rotfl:

They can still refuse an offer if they want to!
