3 - Customer Service....over-charged for calls
Hi
Just had my 3 bill and I note that I was charged £10 for my last call.
I remember the call very well as it was 30mins before my new free minutes were about to start so I called 333 and was clearly told that I had 90 free mins remaining.
I phoned 3 today and they will not budge even though they confessed that the automated minute service was not working correctly at the time. Despite arguing for 20 mins they refused to repay my money!
What should I do - I am being penalised for their error??
