Samsung j700 internet connection?????

hi there.

when i try to connect to the internet on my mobile i get this message

Error: cannot resolve host name.

its been fine until today, anyone know what the problem is.

The error is a pretty generic one and can refer to a lot of issues;

1) Has it been working previously, if yes the settings should be right check your balance if ok
Do a full reboot on the phone; phone on, remove battery + sim, replace battery turn on, battery back out sim back in + battery try again. Manufacturer recommended and resolves a lot of issues.

2) If not working or you have changed the settings get them resent to you phone;

3) if still not working call network with alt no available for them to ring back on and, hopefully, guide you through the issue.
