fast4 terminated my contract

Fast4 have terminated my contract after only 8 days contract.
They have taken my months payment of £6.99 and stopped my internet connection,saying that i have left the connection unattended with they say breaches there T&C.
If i have left it unattended,it is because i was downloading files,anyway they have a 2 hour disconnection period,don't they.
If anyone as got any advice on what to do i would appreciate it?

They did the same to me. See my sig for details. My connection was absolutely not unattended. I have reported the matter to Trading Standards.

geothermal,i've read your link and i have used less than u in usage,about 52 hrs out of the 168 hrs they say u can use a week (unlimited 24/7).
I cant get to see the ASA link as it is coming up an error.

They can't get away with just taking our money and saying that we have breached their T&C rules,they have to back up their statement and prove to me that what they are saying is right.

What is the minimum amount of money i can sue for in the small claims court,as i know it is not worth the hassel for the £6.99 but i will not pay any court cost because im on low income,so if i loose i will not pay their cost either,because of this.

I've had passed experience with a court case where i didn't pay any court cost or any defence cost when i lost,which was £6500 i owed.
I would love to see egg on there face if i can because i can't loose,and it will cost them more than £6.99.

What does one think?

They did the same to me after 4 days of usage, and best of all they didnt even notify me. I had to ring there support line at a ridiculous rate to find out. Id love to nail these cons

Oh they notify people - by email which can't be accessed unless you have a backup ISP!
