Broadband choice help

Am in the process of finding a high speed broadband connection as cheaply as possible for my daughter as she is about to house share with four other people.
What i have come up with is
E7 connection £50 £15 pm Year total £230 2mb unlimitted
UK online £30 pm Year total £360 8mb unlimitted
adsl4less £35 pm Year Total £410 2mb unlimitted
Thinking about going for UK online provided exchange can handle 8mb.
Any thoughts would be most welcome.

With the current offer on e7even - double speed upgrade and a free modem (if you pay p&p) - you only have to pay 1mb price to get 2mb connection, £206.
If you sign up for 2 yrs you get free connection - £312 for 24 months.
... and don't forget to use one of the referral codes in the referrers section and get some cash back!
No problems here with e7even

Wouls 2mb be fast enough as five people sharing the connection?A fool and their money are easily parted.0 -
I would think so, unless they're all heavy downloaders...
Having 5 connections on a 2mb would not be like dividing it by 5, as normal everyday web access uses so little bandwidth they would all have the best part of the 2mbit speed.
As I say, the only problem would be if they are all downloading large files at once.
I'm only on 512k due to my rural location, but I find it works great, even when sharing the connection between two PCs...0 -
The ukonline is good if you really need the 8mb connection, but you need to be in an enabled area.
By the way, faster speed upgrades are reported to be coming to e7 soon with their LLU agreement with Easynet.0 -
