Do not wish to be controversial on this site but if you have come to the end of your tether and exhausted all your options have you thought about contesting the loan agreement etc. If you think they are winning and feel you have a case then think about other routes they are playing the legal system then why dont you. Just a thought:D
Show me one case that has actually won on this kinda thing maxdp..

Never seen anyone on here or the consumer forum shout about it yet!!!

Borrowed 15k over 7 years - £230 a month for loan £65 amonth for PPI

What can expect if I cancel the PPI (can I cancel??? policy docs say not)

Do I get a SAR first or do I try and cancel and say I was missold?

    All help and advice appreciated!

    Hi hun

You could always try first to request for your agreement and a breakdown of this for free of charge. (give them a ring hun and see if they can do this).

A SAR is handy if you have nothing and need further information to back you and in case there is anything useful you could use to back your case.

You can cancel your PPI anytime, but if you do need to still cover this I would try for a stand alone cheaper option.

I would still write to the company now and try to reclaim all your ppi back on the grounds that you believe you were mis sold - due to your own reasons.

There is also a template on the site for this hun, give us a yell if you have not come across it.;)

Marshallka I think that is fab. Although bit dirty and messy think you are more of a terrier cause you do not give up. Mean that in the best possible taste.:D

    Thanks DI

I need to know what will happen if I cancel and if I don't get the PPI reclaimed - will I be any better off?
