any idea on them being declared in Default yet Tiggrae?
This was on their website the other day
Your loan has been transferred from Picture Financial Services Plc to Picture Home Loans (No.1) Limited or Picture Home Loans (No.2) Limited. The terms and conditions of your loan, including your account number, remain the same. You should continue to quote your account number in any correspondence.
I thought it was sold for £1 and then if its sold all the assets and liabilities are transferred so surely you can then complain to the new Picture.

Thanks, we have used the template and then re-worded it for the personal touch.
Any recommendations for a "redundancy/sickness" cover specialist as life is clearly well covered.
Do you want to do business.:D0 -
Hi,
I am pretty pleased as I have just had 3.5k taken off my loan by Egg after complaining that I was pressured into taking PPI. At the time it seemed i could not get the loan if i did not agree to PPI.
Should I just accept their calculation and the fact that they took it off my life of loan?
Thanks for any advice.0 -

Have they admitted misselling it and if they have then you no need to accept it off the loan and can get it repaid to you.0 -

Its ok my claim is with the FSCS, its just that until Picture are declared in Default the FSCS don't payout or look too far into your claim.Hence my impatience!DS1 12/10/04

If you had two loans and one was to pay the other off then you need the PPI back from both. Have you sent letters out for both??
They would probably get you to pay off the loan to cancel the PPI and then you would be charged the interest as well. You can cancel it but if you are going for misselling and they offer you a sum then make sure you get this interest that is included in both of the actual loans back as well.
I have only done a letter for the second (current) loan as I cannot find the paperwork for the first but we have stated that the current loan was a further advance on the first which we also wanted to claim on (but have not stated acc number of first explicitly).
I more I read the more confused I get :rolleyes:0 -

Does that mean that they won't go into default now???

Is it worth posting up the letter for comment?0
