PAGE 94 10.59 It must also be borne in mind that the restrictions on directors apply not only to acting in respect of new companies formed after another company has gone into liquidation – this is the common understanding of the term ‘phoenix company’. The restrictions apply equally to acting in respect of existing companies and businesses. This means that persons who have been directors of two companies with similar names may find themselves in breach of section 216 once one of the two companies goes into insolvent liquidation. The restrictions can, therefore, have particular ramifications for group companies, many of which will have very similar names.

Well according to that hun then yes, and all that information you provided last night Teague & Flannery came up, especially as the mailing address is the same is what I have on my policy paperwork.
In my opinion this is both of these as from the start of 2000 or 2001 they have both been directors from that date.
I have just had a thought, I did have the email addy of the person who dealt with this loan for us, but I expect its wiped out, facebook is another option of tracking her down. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Yes I think I will maybe worth it.;)
So I assume its a quid each for each company, definately that one I'm interested in, the one with the same director as now and address matches, I think this will be worth it.
I found 2 of those names on facebook for that area, and have requested them for friends lol, will see if they will accept me then I will see what is what.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
