Same addy, and if I remember rightly I tried emailing them and this got returned, this was ages ago, and the tel number do not work either or did not work when we tried it.

All the links don't work but if you go onto the brokers link and then click from there they do and this is where i got the addy from.

you'll normally get a letter from the FOS saying they have forwarded on your agreement - this is usually a week after you've sent off the acceptance - then HBOS with a fair wind behind them (well OK arctic gale) will pay at the end of 6 weeks
