    As regards the FSA it took them ages to reply to my letter and the OFT too. Just had one last week from the OFT about a query/complaint i put in about two and half months ago.


    I had better not expect to hear anything in a hurry then from both the FSA & OFT.:rolleyes:
    Well all I can say is thank goodness for this technology, emails etc, its very handy and I would be lost without all this.....:D .

    Am I trying to put thanks yous on the posts and being new to the site not sure what I am doing. When I read a post I just click on the 'thanks' tab but it doesn't appear to register. Help appreciated.

    Sometimes this has happened to me, and I have to repress it.
    Hope it works for you.;)

    If this keeps happening and no-one can help here if you look above the page there is a E-mail for technical problems, maybe there will be some answers with that link.;)

    It does give us a boost and I would like to thank you all, but still having no luck with the 'Thanks' tab X
