Okay maybe a back log due to the bank holiday and it would not be the first time the postie has posted at 6pm...... .
The only one in uniform that went past was a PC Bobby......lmao, perhaps he is on his guard in case I bark at the postie LMAO lol......The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

True.... , but here over the months, I have received letters that I should have received the month before....... , this is why the postie manager compensated me with a book of first class stamps.......whippeeeeeeee:rolleyes:.
Last week I felt sorry for the girl postie, all of us in my street were calling her back because she posted wrong mail to everyone of us...... .
We never have the same one, that doesn't help, because we live right on top of a hilly area and its out of the way really, we have only 17 houses in our street.:rolleyes:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

As an aside, is there a time limit for PPI claims that they have to reply back within, like their is in bank charge claims?0

Just another update..... , I know I have kept on but I may as well forget about hanging about for the postman now, not seen any about at all...
.
So I think he or she will turn up when I least expect it but not today.
Now I was thinking Marshallka, I don't think "End" are going to bother to send a further letter out because I believe this because the last letter was the final one but if you remember this is a NEW complaint and nothing to do with mis selling.
Maybe now we SHOULD seriously think about taking this case to court.;)
Because I do have a feeling going by the comments made the last few weeks that the FOS will not look at this, or should we just try anyway ?
Court does not bother me or hubby and if this is the case we will be more than happy to go through these.
I have lots of SAR information here that I know will help and some of the comments in the paperwork when we received this from Endeavour should help.;)
I think I should just write to "End" to mention that we are preparing to take further action through the courts for this unfair rebate.
I welcome your suggestions hun or anyone's here, cheers.:DThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Who actually sold the PPI to you on this one? Was it Endeavour and were they ever GISC members and also what was the date of your settlement. You can only go to the FOS for this unfair rebate as Tiggrae says but we have yet to know how to word these complaints. If its the courts route then its under the unfair terms in consumer contacts regulations 1999 where
A contractual term which has not been individually negotiated shall be regarded as unfair if, contrary to the requirement of good faith, it causes a significant imbalance in the parties' rights and obligations arising under the contract, to the detriment of the consumer.
Also misrepresnetation act 1967.
We really need Tiggae here to advise us but I would definately go to the FOS or at least give them a ring now to find out.0
