    Hi
    Can any one help?
I sent off the 1st letter at the beginning of March to start the ball rolling to reclaim my PPI on my loan. Still no reply...

The question I have is that if I settle my loan during this process will I still be able to complete this process and reclaim the PPI?

    any help gratefully received...
    Thanks
If you're claiming for mis selling that takes place at the beginning of a loan - what happens after that is irrelevent

    Hi all

I have a few cards which had PPI on. I now have an arrangement with these companies to pay less than the minimum as i could not afford to pay but this was not due to losing my job etc, they have stopped the interest as well. I want to know if i can still try and claim the PPI back from the days when i did pay my card as normal. Some of them where mis sold but i wounder if this will cause probs with the arrangement i have with them, does anyone have any ideas?
if do have a successful claim they'll probably want to pay it off the debt rather than to you, but making a claim for mis selling should not affect your arrangement

if the loan is still outstanding will they credit the PPI payments back to the loan or send me the money do i have a choice x
you should be able to specify what you'de like to happen - its your money you've been paying out after all

    Update from FOS wink.gifcheesy.gifcheesy.gifcheesy.gif

My OH spoke to our adjudicator (case worker) at the FOS and he said it looks like we were mis sold the PPI.
He has given FP 2 weeks to reply with information.
He said he needs to look at their info first which we knew but at least the ball is rolling

    Hi
Can anyone please help?! Barclays have agreed they have mis-sold me a PPI going back to 2004, but I entered into an IVA dec 2007 and they are now saying they are refunding the money against the outstanding debt with them. I told them I have paid the ppi from 2004 to 2007 as agreed but not on the existing loan that has been entered into the IVA and they should refund the money to me that I paid but can take the rest off the debt, can anyone help or advise me how I stand on this as still fighting with them!
Many Thanks and good luck to all claiming.

    Hi all

I have an ongoing court claim with LLoyds TSB and about to do another for Lombard Direct. Does any one know any court failures with either of these?

Bit nervous as Lombard over 9k and dont want to lose claim! FOS really slow as got a different financial query they are sorting out and after two months has still not been looked at.

Also have referred to info commissioner a complaint as LLoyds TSB ignoring repeated requests for copy of document. Does any one have any experience with info commissioner?

    Thanks x

Hi All, l have'nt been on here for a while as Mum was very ill in hospital and my claims have been on hold a bit, just getting back gradually, l was wondering if anyone can help, l have a creations store card, l requested the statements and got them so l added up all the ppi payments and wrote to them requesting them back. lf they say no can l just take them to court? my arguement being ppi was no good for me as l've always been a housewife and mum so was classed as unemployed (Cheek! never actually worked harder in my life!!!!)
    Thanks in advance

    Hello

Am new so unsure if this thread will even work!! Can someone please confirm how to start a new thread!!!???

Am thinking of reclaiming for current and previous Credit Crds that had PPI being paid on them. Unfortunately dont have the paperwork but there shouldnt be a problem if I request it from the providers should there?

Also, I am a bit concerned that should I reclaim PPI on my old and fully paid CC's (which does amount to a lot of money!), if I have a seperate loan with the provider surely they cant get funny and be difficult about that with me if its running perfectly - I know from reading some of these threads that there not best pleased at returning any money!!! Reclaiming also doesnt affect my credit rating does it - Ive heard that the provider can mark you as a difficult customer!!

Anyone had success?????? Id love to get back this PPI money especially if I didnt tick the box!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Providers include Halifax, Morgan Stanley, Natwest.:o
Slowly but surely we are getting there??!!
    3 refunds & 1 loan finished! 1 PPI waiting, Car finished! loan/school/no childcare£ (-1.5 years & counting!!)....
Im doing as many competitions as poss! Try & keep positive & If you dont ask, you dont get! :(
