To add insult to injury after being told I would not be getting my PPI back I got a letter from my bank today to say that the reduced payment I have been paying on my loan is now no longer enough and they have past it to a debt collection - who rather rudely phoned me up tonight to say if I didn't pay the full remaining balance they were going to take me to court to get me declared bankrupt and take my house/car etc away........no compromise, I have one week.0

Have you tried a financial advisor cos I thought we were going to loose the house in sept last year but he pulled a rabbit out of the hat and got us out of the doo doo.
I know I am grasping at straws but maybe you might need to have legal advice.
keep in touch I have my fingers crossed for you to get through this.
