On saying that Kaia most of the refusals from these companies are also templates of the exact same letter. Just goes to show how seriously they take our complaints. (not)

Yes, that is very true, but hey, they listen in the end though when they know the court doors are opening ! :p

To add insult to injury after being told I would not be getting my PPI back I got a letter from my bank today to say that the reduced payment I have been paying on my loan is now no longer enough and they have past it to a debt collection - who rather rudely phoned me up tonight to say if I didn't pay the full remaining balance they were going to take me to court to get me declared bankrupt and take my house/car etc away........no compromise, I have one week.

Hi Marshallka I am no expert and new to all this but it looks like you have really done your homework and covered everything good luck with your claim
Not as well as i thought...:o My figures were all wrong and it should of been refund of ppi and then fair rebate on my loan over 10 years and not 160 months. I have now amended my letter and would be grateful if you could delete my post from your post that you copied ( or delete and then quote the new one) thanks if you can, if not thanks anyway.

you poor thing surely they cant do that if you are paying them something!!
Have you tried a financial advisor cos I thought we were going to loose the house in sept last year but he pulled a rabbit out of the hat and got us out of the doo doo.
I know I am grasping at straws but maybe you might need to have legal advice.

keep in touch I have my fingers crossed for you to get through this.
